Julia Jarl has worked at BUFF Film Festival, the largest film festival for a young audience in Sweden since 2007 and has been the festival director since 2012. Before BUFF Julia worked at Film in Skåne, a resource and production centre for film in the region of Skåne, southern Sweden.
Anna has been part of the film industry since 1994, mainly working as producer but also as a commissioning editor. Since 10 years she is a pioneer within new media and have founded ground-breaking arenas such as BoostHbg and SWIM. Anna gets involved in projects that triggers her mind and heart. Anna is found at the Copenhagen office as well as at House of Real Sweden, based in Malmö.

Ove has been with EDN (European Documentary Network) since Winter 2003 and is in charge of running workshops, pitching forums and seminars in both online and offline versions. He also works as a producer and outreach manager for Auto Images in Malmö.
Since the fall of 2015 Katrine is responsible for all international industry activities at CPH:DOX - Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival. Formerly she was the Director of Nordisk Panorama - Nordic short and documentary film festival, now based in Malmö, Sweden.
After 15+ years within the communication industry Maria has switch focus to leadership, process design and organisation in transformation - still focused in brand and communication. Process, structure and culture is her passion and what she mainly focuses on in her role as Team & Culture Catalyst at Jayway.
